Just spent the day with an old girlfriend that I knew from back in high school that is dying from Breast Cancer. She beat it about 2 years ago when she was stage 4, but then it came back with a vengeance. Now, she has less than a year to live, but flew cross country to where I live to say goodbye. She was the one that got away way back in the day. We remained friends all these years, and she has always been very supportive of everything I have ever done. It was horrible to see the shape her body was in, but her spirits were still very high. I can truly say this is a horrible disease that must be beaten
